This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use Amplify Creative AI, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and workspace.
Information we collect
- Account data: email address, plan, access-code identifier and credit balance.
- Purchase data: order reference, plan or pack purchased, amount and currency. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
- Content you submit: prompts, uploaded documents, URLs and generated responses, kept so you can revisit your history.
- Usage data: request counts, credits consumed, timestamps, tool used and error events.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and device information used for security and abuse prevention.
How we use your data
- To provide the workspace and run the AI tools you request
- To meter and display credit usage accurately
- To deliver access codes, receipts and service notices
- To detect fraud, abuse and automated scraping
- To comply with tax, accounting and other legal obligations
AI processing
Prompts and uploaded content are transmitted to our AI model providers solely to produce your result. We do not sell your content and we do not use it to train our own models.
Legal bases
Where GDPR applies, we rely on contract performance (providing the service), legitimate interests (security and product improvement), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).
Data sharing
We share data only with processors who help us run the service: cloud hosting, our payment and checkout provider, email delivery and AI model providers. Each is bound by contract to protect your data. We never sell personal information.
Retention
Account and usage records are retained while your access remains active and for up to 24 months afterwards. Financial records are retained as long as tax law requires. You may request earlier deletion of your generated content at any time.

Security
Access codes are stored only as salted hashes. Traffic is encrypted in transit, database access is restricted by row-level security policies, and administrative actions are logged.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
