Subscription Policy

Billing period and renewal

Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method, until you cancel. Your renewal date is shown in your dashboard.

Credit allocation

Included credits are added to your balance at the start of each period. Unused plan credits do not roll over unless your plan states otherwise; separately purchased credit packs never expire while your account is active.

Cancelling

• Email contact@amplifycreativeai.com or cancel from your provider's customer portal
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period
• You keep full access and remaining plan credits until that date
• No further charges are taken after cancellation

Upgrades and downgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately and the additional credits are added straight away, with the price prorated for the remainder of the period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

Pausing

Need a break? Contact us and we can pause a plan for up to 60 days once per year. Your balance is preserved while paused.

Refunds on subscriptions

Renewal charges follow the Refund Policy: a full refund is available within 14 days of the renewal date if less than 20% of that period's credits have been used.
