The service

Amplify Creative AI provides AI-assisted customer support tools delivered over the internet. Access is granted through a personal access code issued after purchase.

Your access code

• Your access code is personal and must not be shared, resold or published.
• You are responsible for all activity performed with your code.
• If a code is shared or abused we may reset or revoke it without refund.
• Lost codes can be reissued to the original purchase email.

Credits

AI requests consume credits at the rate published in your dashboard. Credits are a prepaid usage unit, have no cash value, and are not transferable between accounts.

Acceptable use

Use of the service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy.

AI output disclaimer

AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing any output before sending it to a customer or relying on it. We do not provide legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, fraud, chargeback abuse or unlawful use. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
